The School Pack "TSUKUSHIKUN"is intended to let the elementary school pupils experience "Quasi-elderly" conditions and thus make them correctly understand the elderly so that they could know how to communicate with the elderly through these educational materials.
Contents of a set of TSUKUSHIKUN
Six steps of wearing all the following equipments serve to make you experience "Quasi-elderly" conditions.

Ear plugs
By putting ear plugs designed to inhibit hearing power of high voice compass, you can realize how the elderly suffers from dull hearing and feels unpleasant in communication.
*
Special glasses
This serves to experience senile cataract,which causes you dull/poor vision and color blindness.
*
Knapsack for putting weight on the body
Wearing a knapsack with weight inside of it on the front side of your body and by gradual bending over led by the weight,you feel like experience quasi-ageing.
*
Elbow Supporter and Wrist Weight
By fixing elbow joints with supporter and putting wrist weight, you feel like losing muscular strength and realize somewhat difficulty in joints action.
*
Taping
By taping fingers of both hands,you experience how uneasy it is to grasp goods and to manage fine action of hands.
*
Knee Supporter and Ankle Weight
You experience weakness or loss of muscular strength and feel your joints become stiff causing some difficulty in knee action.


The Goal of this SENIOR SIMULATION

To let pupils understand the feelings of the elderly and learn how to communicate with the elderly.

To learn how to make or design goods for the elderly to easily use daily.
*
To learn about safe and comfortable living environment and such barriers as bumps.
*
To learn about housing for the elderly to live comfortably and easily in without any inconvenience.
How to utilize TSUKUSHIKUN

Teaching at elementary schools
Using the School Pack TSUKUSHIKUN and VTR,teachers explain this "Quasi-elderly"program to pupils in classroom and let them experience and learn how to wear the kits as instructed. The program of this experience can be copied for another classes.
*
This set is available anytime wherever INSTRUCTOR is located.
This program is for the use of lower classes of the elementary school. If insufficient in number of the set in your possession, we are prepared to meet your requirements on rental basis(on charge).
