Graduated from Waseda University,2nd Literature School.
After 10 years'working at a private company, joined in a general hospital in Osaka and worked for 10 years as Chief Administrator and Social Worker. At the same time, graduated from Osaka Prefectural Senri Nursing School and obtained Certification of Nurse.
In 1989, established Hattori Medical Research, Inc. jointly with other nurses and since has been engaging in business of research, study and consulting on the services for the elderly, medical as well as welfare services.
Worked as Advisor-over-the-telephone at "(Juridical Foundation) Senility Prevention Association" (Dial 110) and as Lecturer or Instructor on various occasions as requested.
Currently working as Care Manager at "NPO Shibuya Care Support Center" and also working as Member of Tokyo Suginami-ku Long-term Care Assessment Committee. Qualification includes Nurse, Certified Social Worker and Care Manager.
